Collage & Sand

Wrinkled Sheets, 12" x 12" mixed media on panel.

I love collaging different weights of paper on my background. After I paint or apply image transfers, I can sand the surface to bring out the edges of the papers.

Techniques used were collage, stenciling, acrylic paint, Citrasolv, magazine page, and etching.
